Sneak Peak! Twinkle and TJ!

This weeks wedding had color, style and a super fun atmosphere at the Filter Building at White Rock Lake. I couldn't resist sharing some images of the bouquets and boutonnieres I took before packing up and sending them off to the bride and groom. More (professional) images to come! enjoy!

a Marfa Wedding!

Finally! A chance to explore Marfa Texas!
I loaded the car full of lovely plants and flowers, grabbed my best assistant and stylist-extrodinaire Julie and headed west! ...enjoy!

Julie and I rolled into Marfa Friday evening along with a beautiful West Texas thunderstorm. What a great way to kick off a lovely weekend in Marfa, TX!

We ate some great food, met great people and saw some great art. Marfa Success!!

Our new friend, gentleman, local guide, cowboy, and "all around bad-ass" (Julie Buckner-Lane) - Ty and his "bar cat". How great is a bar with a cat? The greatest of great. I'm so in love...

I absolutely love where we lodged in Marfa! Stay Marfa was so comfy and soooo Marfa! Great contemporary artwork on every wall, nice decor, affordable, cozy, and each apartment has a beautiful little outdoor oasis which I totally forgot to take a picture of. I will most definitely stay there every time Im in Marfa!
okay, okay. The flowers...

All of the guest camped in tee-pees and airstream trailers at the incredible El Cosmico camp grounds - the same place the wedding took place.

A beautiful, intimate scene... The storm clouds rolled past while the lovely bride and the sunset settled in.

The tables were set with beautiful protea, air-plants, succulents and floral with warm dessert inspired color palates.

Some of the elements were picked up along the way including these cute little gourds that grow wild all around Marfa!

Congratulations Dan and Heather!!!!
